- Air Sensor Technology: The built-in air sensor displays the air pressure on the front panel of the machine. Users can easily adjust the air pressure manually using the air regulator (automatic adjustment is not supported). An air filter is installed inside the machine, which comes equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, making it ready to use right out of the box. When connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be set to no more than 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.(Note: Purchase the air compressor separately)
- PT/2T/4T/PA Function: The post-time function can be adjusted between 3-15 seconds, helping to cool the torch head and extend the life of consumables. A cooling time of 4-10 seconds is generally recommended depend on cutting time different. The 2T and 4T modes offer automated cutting control, reducing the need for manual operation. 2T mode provides semi-automatic cutting control, while 4T mode offers fully automatic control. The PA setting adjusts the duration of the pilot arc, with longer settings ideal for cutting mesh metal and shorter settings beneficial for extending the life of consumables
