As moisture makes it harder for the wood to burn, only the surface in contact with the branding head will burn, hence giving you a cleaner imprint.
- SO EASY TO HEAT UP YOUR BRANDING IRON: You may heat your letter branding irons with a gas cooktop, propane grill/torch or even over a campfire. These branding heads will need to be heated for 10 minutes for the best imprint results. Always wear heat-resistant gloves as your branding iron will get very hot.
